Dear MOQ-ers and MOQ-ettes,
We hope that your fall is off to a good start. We are excited to announce our very first “Research Roundup” which will be hosted over Zoom on Friday, October 14th 2022 at 3:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
This Research Roundup will feature the following presentations which were given by ARLIS/NA MOQ members at the 2022 ARLIS/NA conference in Chicago:
- Make video tutorials like a Youtuber, with Powerpoint?
- Adèle Flannery, Visual Arts & Design Librarian, Université du Québec à Montréal
- NFTs: A Primer for Art Information Professionals and Implications for the Field
- David Greene, Liaison Librarian, McGill University
- African Architecture Matters: Developing and Increasing the Visibility of African Architectural Collections in North America and Abroad
- Viveca Pattison Robichaud, Curator of Books and Gwen Mayhew, Head of Collection Access, Canadian Centre for Architecture
Each presentation will last about 15 minutes, and there will be time for questions at the end.
This will be a great opportunity for you to hear about exciting research projects at Canadian libraries.
We hope you can join us! ARLIS membership is not required for you to attend. Please share with your networks.

All best,
P.S. For those of you in the Montreal area, we will be meeting at 5:00 on the day of the presentations for a 5 à 7 at a location to be determined. More information to follow.
